:thumbdown:Hello all, So i had the LAP-BAND® surgery done back in 2008 and since then i have only lose about 60 pounds. I'm at the point that im so ready to just quit the refills because there not making a difference to me. I'm still eatting little and healthy, i have my day where i do snack but its not to the extreme and i cant seem to realize why its talkin so long to lose the weight. I do excersie but i have slacked of alot because when u dont see result you get into this i dont wanna do this any more mode. If there is anyone out there that has been where i am please help me out. G bypass folks dont understand because they dont have to do hardly anything to lose the first hundred pounds. I need another 100 pounds off of me and i need HELP......:thumbup:
