Hi everyone, I am new to this site and joined because I am being banded in December. I would very much appreciate any information that will help me get over the initial nerves and also tips and advice for when I do get banded. I am 14.5 stone in weight and 5ft 3in in height. What can I expect to lose in the first year, realistically?
