I was banded on 4-17-09 and I lost 45 pounds pretty quick but then I gained 5 back after not having a fill for 4 months. I have now had a fill and it seems very very tight. I like the part of filling full and losing weight but I think if it hasn't gotten better in a couple more days I am going to have to call my doc. Congrats to you on your loss!

My dietician said that Max Protein is the best. I googled it and can't even find it online or on the GNC website but my friend had her surgery in September and they do have it at GNC. She said it is pretty good, both the chocolate and vanilla. My pre-op diet starts 12-2 and surgery on 12-12 Please keep me posted on your journey I would love to have updates from you! Wende
