Yay for weight watchers. I've thought about trying it again. I was good for about a 20 pounds weight loss, but at that time thw meetings were too expensive. I might try it again -

It would be perfect. The crazy thing is we crave the things that God didn't make for our bodies' to process. Something wrong when we crave all the bad stuff and have little desire for the things that keep us healthy. So sad. Gotta do better. Its like it just hit me. Its really the devil.

Excuse me. 0 fat Greek yogurt. And the 0 fat on has the most protein, so adding that really helps. Its morning and I'm still kinda full. Well kinda :-)

I didn't have the taco either. Just the lettuce, cheese, and salsa

You should try to have more meat at night. Like a nice piece of chicken and a salad or veggies. I had a taco salad at 7p, I use 0 calorie greek yogurt instead of sour cream and I'm super full.

Everyone's journey is different. Its important for me to have support and encouragement. The problem for me is that some people have had this surgery with no problems or struggles. I wish that was me. I didn't expect the struggles after. I knew it wasn't a magic pill, but I didn't expect to have the struggles that I have. I will change my thinking, I'm learning that my life has changed as a result of this band, but I think in the back of a my mind I wanted things to be the same with the added bonus of weight loss. I always worked out, so I never expected to stop but I didn't really want to change my eating. Crazy thinking. Things will get better I know it.

Need a fill, but I don't have insurance and I'm not loosing
aloudwhisper posted a topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
I am stuck. I have a 10cc band and only about 6.3ccs of Fluid. I don't have restriction. Well maybe some if I really over do it. I'm not suppose to have bread, but I can eat some. I haven't done well with following the rules. I have track calories, but lately I've been so off my game plan. I've been sad, and when I'm said I don't tend to make the best food choices. I really want to be successful n in my journey, but it seems like its not really the band's problem its me :-( I'm 4 years out and I can't seem to get it right. I feel like every time I get into the right eating groove I fall off the wagon. I do all that I can to get back on, but it doesn't work. I can't keep my light on. I chose the band for the same reasons as most, but I realize that I probably really wanted an easy fix, cause I don't want to follow the rules. What should I do to start over? -
