You can always keep that weight off. I received my band in August of 2008 I have lost a total of 90 pounds. Each morning I say to myself I am going to do better then what I have done yesterday I have came to far to turn around for the FAT!. You just have to remind yourself of that because you have done an awesome job! That is what this support groups are for because this is a life change for us! You can do it!
