It is a trial. I am almost two years in, and I lost my way. I am in the process of finding it again. I wouldnt change a day of it, only my will power and I highly suggest finding a true support group or person through the entire procedure. Pre to post Op. I am down 80 something pounds and never felt better. Exercise is a big part of it and truly re-thiking the way you eat. Stick with it and your rewards will be worth it!
