If i had my time again i would go to WLS for my fills, i would of travelled the extra hr an 1/2 each way, i think because you can get your fills every 2 wks, also the extra help and advice you get...dont get me wrong i go with frederik and he is good but i think its a better offer and cheaper to go with WLS.

Hi mandy, yes i was with you in manchester last month, i had to work this month so didnt get chance to go even tho i ssoooo need a fill (again). i wish wls was closer to me as i would of gone with them, a fill every 2 wks would of been great, ah well we will get there might just take a bit longer than we want lol x

Hi timeisnow i now what you mean about will power or lack of it, i am also struggeling and need another fill, i had a small pizza (4 slices)from domini's tonight and a couple of pieces of chicken strips, all went down with no problem :-( i really need do need to get to full restriction quick as im feeling a bit down hearted at the min, hope you get back on track soon x Hi carriejess well done on your 1 yr anniversary and at your target weight aswell x

Hi debbie i had my 1st fill when i hadnt even been banded 4 weeks and being honest i couldnt feel a thing, i think i was still a bit numb after the op as when i go now i feel a slight stinging x I also have that small lump in my lower central scar although it has gone down a lot, i dont think its anything to worry about x

Hi annab1984 well done on having your op, hope your ok, id say the same as sp about getting out of bed, i had to roll onto my side as the pain coming from my port area when i tried to sit up was awfull, after my op i just stuck to slimfast and cup a soup with no bits.. get plenty of rest as this willl help you with your recovery and like mmm said, throw a sicky lol x

Hi freckles my daughter is doing really well, thanku. she is blooming now lol, she is carrying really well and hasn't suffered with anything (yet). My weight loss is crap again so i will defo be going for another fill, i can eat loads and often if i want and i just cant seem to get my head around it and i know thats half the battle xx

Hi shoes, welll done on your weight loss you are doing really, really well. Hi fatpants, nice to see you on here, i dont get chance to come on as often as i did, i started a new job the other week but still try and pop in and see how everyone is getting on. Good for you anitahug, id complain aswell.. glad your getting sorted. Well my restriction is so different everyday, i tried a piece of toast this morn and had to pb it and havnt been able to eat anything else all day and am struggeling drinking, strange cos i managed 1/2 piece of toast y/day. I still think i will be going for a top up next month as my weight loss has stopped again. Hope everyone else is ok and doing well.. hows your mum freckles? x

Hey freckles that is great news about your mum, one step at a time these things cant be rushed, im really pleased things are moving forward for you tho, I dont think you realise how tired it makes you visiting the hospital everyday, hope i get to see you next month x

Hi ivesy im sure once everything has settled you will be fine, dont forget we have all had surgery and have a foreign body inside us, a few of us have struggeled in one way or another after our surgery, i had wind pain for months after and still get the shoulder pain now, good luck i really hope it all works out fine for you x
