Congratulations fatduck, thats great news x freckles i have tried the crackerbread and still find ryvita goes down better, dont ask me how but this band is strange lol x Shoes i had some of my fill come out and i felt i had less restriction than when i went for my fill x -

Hey freckles i buy my dutch crisp breads from asda.. i find it quite hard to eat them at the min and find ryvita easier, doesnt make sense i know. Ask next time your in tesco or asda im sure someone will show you where they are, in asda they are in the biscuit aisle x -

Hi fatduck what a nightmare that was for you.. im glad you got it sorted and you are now officially on the losing side.. try and stay on the liquids if you can, you dont want to be stretching your band or doing any damage as you will still be swollen x -

Hi alex can't you say you dont like lasagna, or say you have got a really bad ulcer at the back of your tongue and you can hardly eat anything.. i couldnt manage mince that soon after my band.. if it is you have it just take your time, eat small amounts and chew very well, hope everything goes well x -

Hi homecare, you must be really proud of your son.. like sammy said try and get as much rest as possible and try not to worry to much about if people will notice if you are eating or not, as long as you are careful about what you are eating im sure everything will run smoothly and your probably worrying for nothing, plus you will be feeling a little better by then x -

Thanx gary your quorn mince curry sounds delicious, think i will be trying that this week.. i can eat quorn mince yet i cant manage to eat normal mince. I done a bbq tonight and had a plate of salad as i couldnt eat anything else, i tried a small piece of burger but it hurt so much i had to bring it back up :-( xx -

Hi pixie, i had my 1st fill 4 weeks post op in feb, 1 in march and april i missed may (i was away)i had 1 in june and i will be going next month and should be up to full restriction then. How much will the travel put on your bill for wls? with frederik the fills are £90 each x -

I would take slim fast, cup a soups (with no bits), nurofen melts, slip on shoes or trainers and lose fitting clothes, others have taken there own teabags as the ones in the hotel are awfull and take a cup/mug as the hotel one is really small.. if i think of anything else i'll let you know. For the hospital you only need a hand towel and toiletries, there is towels in the hotel so you dont need to take any with you x -

Hi rosetah i took toiletries and a hand towel into the hospital and my slippers, thats it. you wear your hospital gown for your stay there so no need to take them in with you x -
