Hi flirty i will be thinking about you over the weekend and next week.. i wish you well for a speedy recovery, if i was you i would take a night shirt with you or they may just ask you to use the hospital gowns on because of the drains, i know when i had my breast reduction op i had a drain in each an just wore the hospital gown, i know you are having a lot more done but better be prepared than not. Hi homecare i was banded in january and still struggle with meat(red and white) so i would rather do without, every one is different with what they can eat and it is all trial and error, i tried a small piece of toast again y/day and had to pbd it.. my god it hurt like hell x

Hi teebird, my weight loss has halted again and my restriction is different everyday, today i have only had slimfast for breckfast and cup a soup for luch.. i think im not eating enough or doing enough exercise, im going to inverness sat for a week of walking so maybe it will start the weight moving again, i hope so. Wow flirty what a post... i can understand why you were crying writing that, it is a lot you have gone through and not just the past 12 months but probably years, battling with your weight and putting up with negative comments and people staring, now they will be staring for the right reasons as you are stunning. It's like you are saying goodbye to the old you and your old life and starting a new beginning, and my god you deserve it. As long as you know you will be out of action for a few months but just think after that what your life will be like, you know we are all here for you anyway we can, goodluck hunny you really deserve this xx

Freckles my heart goes out to you, i know how tiring it is to be going back and to to the hospital, my mum was in and out so much over two years, i dont think people realise how tiring it is, i hope your mum will be back home with you soon, your in my thoughts, god bless x

Hi sammy my hair was the same a couple of months back, i doubled up on my chewable mulitivitamins from boots (orange flavour), so instead of taking 1 i was taking 2 and now my hair is back to normal and looking really healthy and shiny, they are worth a try x

I think im up to 6ml,.. i havnt been keeping count lol and i always forget to take my book with me, i will ask him when i next go, My restriction is strange.. i can have good restriction 1 day and not as good the next, there is a lot more food that i cant eat or i struggle with, i tried cheese today and had to bring it back up yet the other day i had a small piece and i was fine with it, i think after my next fill i think ill be at my sweet spot (well i hope) x

Hi shoes, i can remember some of my fill coming out but frederik didnt say anything he just wiped it away, like i said i had better restriction before my fill than after.. the month later he put in 1ml as i told him my restriction was awful, depending on your restriction next month it might be worth having 1/2 ml put in x

Hi homecare i think this port area pain is normal, i had it and it was a lot worse if i bent down... dont worry as it will ease as the days passes x
