Since i have eaten more i have had no wind at all and yet before there wasnt a day went by that i didnt have to have something to ease it x

It wasnt cold, it was nice and sunny and i didnt even have to wear my jacket, i do think some of it was because i was only having liquids in the day and 'normal' food later and maybe gary was right that i wasnt loosing weight because i wasnt eating enough.. o well i'll just see how i go x

I am pleased with the weight loss i have had so far but i just wish it would start moving again.. even if it was only a lb i would now it was still going down, and it will take me into another stone lol, It's just because it hasn't moved for about 5 weeks and that's a long time. The last couple of days i have started eating more as i don't think i have been eating enough, since i have eaten more i haven't had ANY trapped wind.. when we were out walking sunday the pain in my shoulder going up to my neck was unbearable at times but as soon as we got back to the car and i had something to eat the pain went x

Hi sammy you have done well with your weight loss so far.. it isnt 4 weeks since your op, hasnt it gone quick tho. I cant wait to get my fill and fingers crossed it will kick start my weight loss.. i was doing well with the loss but its been at a stand still for weeks, it hasnt moved at all since my last fill which is a bit frustrating. Hi flirtylass when you are ready to go for any surgery ask the surgeon can you see pics of before and after pics of any surgery he has done.. i had breast reduction (on the nhs) and the surgeon shown me a lot of pics of patients, also a lot of nhs surgeons also do private so you could speak to your gp and ask him/her to recommend a surgeon for you. Well done on your weight loss, hope you get your easter target.. dont av any eggs lol x

Hi freckles im so pleased that your mum is finally on the mend.. it will be lovely if she can be moved into the home for easter, you can then start to look after yourself knowing your mum is on the mend and happy where she will be x

Hi flirtylass i would of thought you would of had some restriction by now, you may be one of the unlucky one's who is going to have to have the band filled to the max.. i hope i get a bit more restriction this week.. i still cant eat bread of any kind and havnt been able to from day 1 x

Hi shoes, i had good restriction after my 1st fill and was thrilled by it BUT after my 2nd i had hardly any, doesnt make sense really. Me my 2 daughters and a few friends are trying to get fit so we can do the race for life next year (were not fit enough this year) so this walking will help.. we went up holy head mountain and surrounding area yesterday, last sunday we went up moel famau (2nd highest mountain in wales). Im borrowing my nephews this week to do some extra walking lol. I get my 3rd fill thursday so i hope i get some restriction and the weight will start to move again x

Hi freckles i just seen the pics of kristy and others.. they are amazing, i cant wait till im showing that much difference, i still havnt lost anymore weight but do feel loads better and i have loads more energy.. we went for a 7 mile walk in anglesey today and i didnt feel like i had done and exercise, i could of gone on longer but dave was tired lol. Hows your mum? x
