Morning sammy, the weight loss is good but i seemed to be stuck for ages, the liquids is going ok.. its easier in hot weather as its to hot to eat lol. You have two holidays to give you incentive with your weight loss, you are lucky and its something to look forward to x -

Hi mandy im having a fill next week in manchester at 12 so shud see you there, i cant eat bread at all as it really hurts and just wont go down so i just dont even try it any more.. fingers crossed once you have your fill your weight will start to move again x -

Im back on fluids 4 a couple of days also have my fill on the 11th in manchester, i hope i get more restriction, i want the weight to start to move again, iv got 5 1/2 ml in at the min x -

Yeh your right tee-bird, im starting a couple of days with fluids tomorrow.. i am more than pleased with my weight loss just wish it would start to move again, iv got loads of more energy so just think what another 32lb will be like.. thats something to aim for lol x -

LOL if you lose 2 stone that quick let me in on ur secret. I had gel nails on and they nurse did ask me if i could take them off:scared2:, i told her they were not going to budge.. she felt that they were not going to move then said it was ok cos they were so solid not much help i no, sorry. x -

Hi timeisnow, i stayed in the hotel vilvoorde and got no complaints, the rooms are clean, beds comfy, clean towels in the room and the food was delicious my 'last supper' i had the steak and chips then followed by belgian chocolate mouse. I didnt have breakfast but my partner had no complaints. -

I only told my partner, 3 children and my sister but since the op i have told some people.. im proud of my band and dont really care what they say or think, i didnt think that b4 my op tho lol, i thought everyone would think i was cheating and taking the easy way out, how wrong. It is still hard work and you still have to watch what you eat. When is your op x -

Fatduck you will be fine when you go for your op, dr chris is a top surgeon and his staff are all great and nothing is to much trouble for them. I didnt get nervous at all just really excited that i was going to be slim again.. you know we are all here for you and help you through it x -
