i havent worked out in 2 weeks....very shame on myself...but im still loosing at least a 1lb a week since i haven been working out but i have to get back on the workout band wagon asap....but im pretty much averaging 98.5-9.5lbs a month...im satisfied with that...and im don't think bout food that much anymore....im more worried about messing up my band then trying to find something to eat...lol
