im doing better....i was complaining about not having much restriction but today at work we had a party and i had a chicken breast and i started getting chest pains while eating it...girl i love a fried chicken breast but i couldnt finish it.....i quit and there was still alot of meat on there since it was fried i took all the fried part and just ate the white meat...but yea im realizing that its just gonna personally take me time to get to that restriction spot...but i feel it slowly but surely....oh and i did a kickboxing class yesterday for an hour...yea i almost died, but i made it all the way through so im gonna try to do that 1-2xs a week along with walk/jogging on the treadmill 3-4 days a week....i have soo much body fat so unfortunately just eating less aint gonna do it for me...im gonna have to move my body ALOT!!! im glad ur doing good and that ur fill went great...i already scheduled my second one on 8/5/09 hopefully i can get 1cc...ttyl
