By the way, 14 pounds sounds like a whole lot to me. I think you should be proud of yourself. Id be happy with 14 pounds in one month. Ive never done that before even when I diet and excersize. It takes me months and months to lose that much weight on my own. Dont be so hard on yourself, youre doing a great job!
