So far, so good The adjustment to the new eating hasn't been as difficult as I thought it would be. Seems like a lot of it is just "in my head." I've vowed to go by the book as much as I can because I want this to work for me....I think that's why I've been eating exactly as they have instructed. I've been hungry a little in the past few days, but try to distract myself...
