Hi Dlmyvette, here it is july almost august already. My surgery was 5months ago. I have gone from 279 to 217 and from a size 26 to a 16..(tight 14 hehe but i tried). Anyway, I am so happy I did this for myself. Although my husband thought I was crazy at the time, he now tells everyone of my progress and stares a lot..hehe..How are you doing? Saw some great Alaska pictures. Take care, M-
