I would stick with getting it done in Canada. The aftercare would worry me. Not finding a dr.who takes someone elses patients.The band can be a finicky b**** . -

Congrats. on being banded.Who did your surgery sherrylynn? I had a hernia repair and i did have the pains in chest also the gas pains.

Cindy and Donna that sounds great Oct 28 .Could we make it for 12;45. I would take a change of clothes to work and change there. Anyone else is welcome to join us too. There is Swiss Chalet off the 401.Maybe Cindy Knows somewhere else to eat if you don't want to eat there.

Be patient sweetforlife.I would wait for another week or 2 to get another fill because it might take a little while for your fill to kick in.Eat your cup of food and if you are hungry after have yogurt or a small handful of almonds (chew well).Make sure you eat your protien as that fills you up.

Yes the band is finicky. One day you can eat chicken and the next you can't eat it.I find i can't eat anything til after 9 or !0 in morning.I am going to see if Dr Yau can put in 2 cc's on Oct 2. If not i will have to see Nancy. Dh doesn't want me to have any put in til i get this cleared up.I want to start losing again. -

Yes i had my test done. The band is fine . I had a polyp on colon so had that removed and the dr is checking it. I go back for a follow up on Oct 2. Dr said the pain is from my fibroid tumors so he is going to refer me to gyno dr. Dr. Yau is very good. I work straight week end now so i don't get off work til 12 oclock. I don't drive to T.o Hopefully there will be a lunch a little closer to me and maybe i would go a little later.

I totally agree with you Doddie63. Do not rush on having fills. Be patient because the band can be very finicky.

I am under 50 and i had to get a ecg. I think it is standard for everyone.

Donna you probably need a defill. It is probably a virus but it tightened your band.

I have had many de fills and never had pain with them.Probably all depends who does them. You look great LeslieLee. I notice a difference on your avator. Good job. 42lbs wow
