Hi Lila , yes you can buy those vitamins at Walmart.I have been dieting forever too.Dr Phil;s diet ,T.O.P.,s ,Atkins, etc. I really like my band and i don;t diet just watch what i eat.

I had my first fill on aug.11 but lately i could eat everything in site.:hungry: Have to phone for another fill.I hope i don;t gain any. I am making healthy choices. Dh. doesn't go till end of sept. so i am going to wait till then to get a fill.:help:

I just pb yesterday. My step daughter and i went out for breakfast and i had 1 scrammbled egg ,5 small homefries and 1 bite of rye toast. My face was turning red ,eyes were watering,dd,knew i was going to pb. the other problems was since i was banded.

I will work-out and lose 8 lbs too.

Yoda i am not a pb virgin anymore . Pb once (today) golfball feeling about 10 times and slimed about 4 times.wtf it has only been 2 months.

Chrissie Yes I also feel way better than expected. I was banded on the 28th and was able to sleep in bed all night from the first night I came home. My wife also had it done and she could not sleep all night in bed for 4 nights after she came home. I also had little problem getting up from a seated position unless I turned the wrong way. The only real discomfort that I have is the gas, but I take gas-ex and that seems to help. I however, am not at the point where I am hungry yet. My wife makes sure I eat and take my Vitamins. Congrats to the August bandsters.

Haha Yoda .Yes sometimes i have to wait till it goes away 15-20 min .I had a grilled cheese on rye bread and i had a bad pain and slimed afterwards so i think i am done with bread.Cloe i am like that to.I am tight in morning then eat all night.Some days are worse .

Good job Cloe on your weight loss.You are doing great on the challenge. I did not do very good at it this month. Yes Argon the antipasto at Costco is very good.I fine lamb is very greasy.

i was thinking the same thing cloe.haven;t heard from buffie for awhile. we miss you buffie.maybe she is to busy to be on here. we miss jude to but i know her mother needs her.

i had 4 bites of gyro and the pain every bite was so severe .i will not eat that anymore.
