Yes it is unflavoured.No it is not gritty.It says not to put it in hot soups as it goes a bit lumpy.I put it in pudding and juice. I was leary on ordering it but it is good .Hubby likes it too. We have ordered it 3x so far.

It takes about 3 weeks to get it .There all good chocolate is the best.I buy fatfree chocolate milk and put a scoop of powder in .mmm good with white milk too.You will get some recipes for the protein Argon.

Time2live .don.t worry about losing only 12 lbs. You are still doing good. These 2 months was for healing and what you lost is a bonus. Yes it would be a good idea to get protein shakes in.You might need a defill also. It is very painful to have the golfball feeling as you described. i get that too. Makesure you really chew chew chew. and small bites.

I had my first fill in aug. It wasn;t bad ;just like having your blood work done. I had 1 fill and 2 defills same day .I HATE needles too. Don;t worry about it not that bad.

Neenagh 'my husband had it done (operation) on aug 28. He goes for his first fill on oct 6 and my 2nd one then.

The hiccups started after i got my first fill aug 11 going for 2nd fill with dh just in time for thanksgiving oct 6 .i am going to eat my piece of pumpkin pie before my fill mmm.

Thanks everyone for the advice; dh and myself will have to slow down eating .It is very hard to train yourself not to inhale your food(haha).

Mr Loriely is doing good. He is looking forward to eating puree foods. He fines he slimes eating and drinking all the time since he has been banded.Don't know why.

Hi Argon.The unjury chocolate is good with 1%milk or with milk and a little ice cream. It tastes like chocolate milk.When dh can eat solids i want to make some goodies that has protein in it.Unjury gave us recipes to try.I also bought there weight loss surgery for dummies book. Green i bought can of chicken noodle soup add 1 can of water ,strained the noodles.

Hi everyone we order unjury from the States.It tastes very good ,the chocolate ,vanilla and unflavour is very good. you get 20 grams of protein per scoop. you also get recipes for protein snacks. It takes about 2 weeks for delivery.
