I still can't drink tim hortons coffee after 3 months. I find it to bitter now ,I switched to tea.

I had to drink this barium and they took an x-ray. The dr. stiches it up before they put the band in.

:clap2: There Yoda i started my own thread.I know it's about time.Does anybody get the hiccups when they eat? I eat slower and still get them,then i slime quite a bit after hiccups. I think this is my sign as i have to quit eating.

I bought the plate that has the 3 dividers (kids size) vegetables biggest part ,meat second and potatoes smallest.Sometimes i can eat it all ,sometimes i leave it. If i am still hungry i will have a frozen yogurt bar or a fruit 1 hr after .That works for me .

Yes my husband and i don't snore anymore YEAH. I don't have to wear earplugs to bed anymore BONUS.I haven't been able to wear my work clothes for over 1 and half years .Now they fit comfortable

Cloe it looked so dry. Dh put some ranch on it. The smell got to him.(haha) -
I was on pantoloc for a hiatal hernia.The dr. repaired it so i quit taking it and i am fine now .(so far)

Yeh unjury is only 80 calores if you use water .I use 1% milk.Let me know how you like it.
