Me too Mandi ,since i had the defills i have not lost any weight for about 3 months. We went for a fill last week but it hasn;t kicked in yet . I am waiting patiently.

brookelaney did you have a hiaital(sp) hernia fixed? That heavy feeling is normal. It will go away in about 4 days. Every day you will feel better. Glad everyone is doing good.

Yoda AWESOME you lost weight on holidays. I had a fill on Wed,so hopefully i start losing the 4 lbs i gained after havind 2 defills. -
Maybe you should put some polysporin on it. Could be a little infected.

Usually after 3 or 4 days you have carb. withdrawals(headaches ,dissisness, etc). Maybe you are coming down with the flu. Take care susansilver and rest.

I pm Cloe to makesure everything was ok with her. Haven't heard from her for awhile. Yes she is fine. She is overwhelmed with things to do. She is thinking about everyone.She needs a halfhour to catch up on post. She asked me to let people know.
