Hello, I'm new to this forum and starting research into it. Can't excercise due to multiple disk bulges in spine, so this could be a huge help! I'm sick of my huge stomach. I also have a child w/ Aspergers so I need to be around for as long as possible. Don't need a lot of risk or down time in recovery. How many of you have had a lot of weight loss w/ this?
