I am trying to figure out how to get a ticker so I could track my weight. I have a 135 lbs to lose. I have struggled with my weight since my 20's. I am 36 and basically gained 30 lbs planning our wedding 7 yars ago and then another 70 with my first pregancy. Slowly it just kept coming on. I have hired personal trainers, gone to gyms, weight watchers ... probably like everyone else feel like I have done everything.
