Last night I couldn't sleep for the life of me. I tried going to bed at 11:30pm and just couldn't sleep. I layed in bed, I tried to read a book, I watched TV, I walked around, and nothing helped. My body feels like the insides are ready to run a marathon. I yawned and yawned but no sleep. I must of fell asleep around 3:30 and woke up @ 4:30 soaked in sweat. And I couldn't sleep again. I must of fell asleep at 5:30 and was awake by a call at 8pm. I never have trouble sleeping and last night I wanted to pull my hair out of my head. Any suggestions for tonight if I can't sleep?
PS I was banded on 11/3 so its not like I've been having any caffine to keep me up. Thanks, Stephanie :thumbup:
