Hey there! Welcome! i am due to get banded on Jan. 9th. YEAH!!! I am so excited. Are you self pay or ins.? Not to be nosy- just curious. I know it seems like it is quiker if you are self pay. Congratulations on your decision to get the lap band. I have been checking it out for aWHILE AND am ready for the change. I have lost 12.5 pounds so far on my preop so am feeling better already. I too, have the same six flags horror!! It was for the tower of terror- I had 2 guys trying to get the belt to buckle with my husband looking on:sad_smile:. I was in tears by the time they let me off. Have they no clue?? Not being able to do stuff with my beautiful children is the worst. I am working on getting the band.
