Hello,

Thanks for accepting my friend request. I'm a newbie!!! I was banded on 06/28/2010. So far everything is going fine, I just have some left shoulder pain that hurts really bad at times. I was wondering if you'd have any advice for me since I'm very new. I want to lose at least 100 lbs within my first year. What do you suggest I should do?
