hey thanks!!! im actually fairing pretty well on the mushies....i go to drs on thurs for my first check-up since surgery...alreadt down 15 lbs in 2 weeks soooo im super excited!! im taking on a whole new perspective on this new life of mine!! thanks for the encouragement!!!
