...thanks for the encouragement to keep going!!! My consult was quite simply...Dr Colella came in sat down and said do you have any questions....I asked my questions and told him why I wanted the lapband and he answered the questions and said great, you are the perfect candidate and patty will be in....patty came in and started asking for my testing, i had copies of everything so we went down the line and i handed her copies and she said ok, you can have surgery next week, there will be no problem with your approval. i started to panic about then because i was so shocked that i could have surg in 1 week......I talked to her about the issues I had with that, Tgiving, hunting season, work schedule and we decided to schedule Dec 8. That gave me 3 weeks to really prepare.
