Wow...not a fun day at ALL (BTW...I love that book)! I'm sure the swelling will go down soon and you'll be back in business...feel better! Have the doc write you an Rx for some anti-nausea pills for the future...I've used them twice since banding (heaving always causes the band problems). ((hugs)) -BG

Sarah- So glad to hear this worked! I'm curious, what were your symptoms that the band had moved up (a normal 'slip' actually makes a larger pouch so I'm trying to picture how the band moves up and you have no pouch if it's stitched in place on one side?). One more, hope you don't mind...what's a 'lesion'...is it a scar or maybe the start of an erosion? Thanks! -BG

I reached 80 pounds at post-op week 37 (so about 8.5 months). I'm 1/2 pound from a normal BMI... Advice...restriction IS 'not being hungry between meals'. You're on your way! -BG

Stayed the same...stupid 1/2 lb. until 'Normal' (my body doesn't believe I can be Normal either LOL). -BG

I'm having a 'Moving Sale'...and everything must go! No reasonable offer will be refused (you even look at it...it's yours for free!). I've got artwork and pics, a partially made head-band craft project, poems, songs, and lots of ramblings, among other things. NO, I'm not leaving (sorry to disappoint)...I'm just moving the blog location and taking you all with me! I'll still be reading your adventures and commenting on all your shenanigans! I've been working on this for awhile and I'm so proud of my pretty little page. OK, you could have put this together in minutes...it took me forever...so be gentle. Thanks for keeping us posted Bella, I've been thinking of you! Glad something is staying down (watch the eggs as many post here that they get stuck easily...sounds like they're sitting well though).
