I-O! (at the OSU/PSU tailgate before the game). OK, Don't hate me because my kid went to PSU (yes that's a paw print in facepaint on my Freshman's face...he camped at Paternoville all week too)...Remember OSU won this game and I had 4 family members cheering us on there in Scarlett and Gray. My youngest plays the tuba (and guitar) and can't wait to dot the 'I'.

JG- take a peek at my WL spreadsheet from yesterday's blog ('Let's talk numbers'-link below). Remember I started at a lower BMI and had much less to lose than most...I've lost slow and steady...an average of 1.6 lbs. per week and that's adding in the 5 pounds of clothing they weighed me in at the hospital on band day, so I've lost even less. We'll all get there in our own time...every pound is one we won't have to carry again...ever!!! JT...did you CALL yet? I'm worried! MT- Woot on the 4 pound week! Awesome!! Thanks about the new pic..DH took it this past weekend when I became 'normal' LOL!

YAY for smaller sizes! I lost the weight in the opposite order of the places I gained it...my boobs and stomach disappeared first as I gained there last. -BG

PLEASE CALL YOUR DOC NOW and get in today for a tiny unfill!!! You're definitely too tight and dehydration can be a very serious issue. This is NOT how you're to lose weight with the band. -BG

Strong emotions post-band are a common thing...some even go into depression, so keep an eye on it. You've waited and anticipated the surgery and now your in Bandster Hell and your mind is saying WTHeck? -BG

JT- ***Call your doc today and get in there for a tiny unfill...you don't want to end up in the ER, where they could nick your tubing or something, over the weekend! If you're having only liquids and the sliders you mentioned and are having problems you definitely need a small unfill...remember sometimes even a tiny, tiny bit can make a huge difference! The swelling can escalate quickly if you PB and you'll find yourself unable to swallow your own spit. Please call! PV- Thanks for the support girl! I had a great week after my plateau...163 today! 5 pounds until my 'goal range'...I can hardly wait!
