(book) I love reading so this was the best!!! 2. 2 magazines: Women's day and Weight Watchers (again I love reading so I was very happy with those) 3. A cat themed 2-year planner. She must've guessed I love cats by my avitar.:clap2: 4. Sweet Pea body lotion and spray which my hubby loves!!! I love sweet peas, too! 5. A magnetic pad of paper that has pretty roses on the paper. Hey Mary, Don't give up yet girl.:faint: Just think of the diet as a part of the whole process.:scared: I am worried myself because I have 2.9 cc in a 4 cc band and I have very little restriction. I had my TOM when I got my fill last week and so the first few days I felt restricted but now I can practically eat anything. I still haven't had my first pb. Not that I want to, but I really don't think I am restricted...not much anyway. Is it possible to max out to 4 cc and still not be restricted? I am worried this will happen to me.:huggie:

I think I almost had my first pb today.:phanvan I had my second fill yesterday. I was told 24hrs of liquids so I decided to try a a hard boiled egg around 10am since my fill was yesterday morning.:hungry: I ate a couple of bites and felt a kinda scary tight feeling in my throat/chest area...not like I was going to choke and no foaming or anything like that... just tight with some pressure.:rant: It scared me and I started walking around the room thinking oh, no and rubbing my chest but it went away after a minute or so.:cry Is there any warning...is this maybe a warning to stop? I did stop eating and threw out the other half of egg. I was still hungry though and all I had the rest of the day was a slice of mild chedder cheese.:eek: Can you guys tell me in your own words how a PB feels before, during, and after so I know what to expect? Thanks!!

Yes, I think there was some burning associated with the tight feeling. It is really hard to explain but it scared me! Thanks for the responses, please keep them coming. I really want to have a clear image in my head in case I am out in public...I don't want to suddenly look like the exorcist.

I went for my second fill today because I am still able to eat anything I want in large quantities.:hungry: It was practically painless but toward the end when he was pushing the saline in a little bit squirted out. I wasn't really looking cuz I hate needles so I'm not sure if he was pulling the needle out at the time. Anyway, I hope that wasn't all my fill squirting out.:cry I asked what happened and he said it was just a drop but considering my fill was only supposedly .7 cc's a drop would seem like alot and I am not sure if it counted.:tired I guess I'll know in the next few days but I hope I don't have to go back again too soon. It's expensive and time consuming to go back for fills so I want it to be sucessful when I do go. Has this happened to anyone else??:omg:

I don't know if I am more upset because I am realizing I am only thirtysomething with a high school freshman or because I feel like I missed his life...it all went by so fast.:rolleyes I was busy working and trying to live my own life and I was a young Mom.:cry I am just so sad because I feel like I missed his childhood. It all went by so fast. This really wasn't bothering me until now and now (tonight) it just all hit me so hard. Anyone else gone through this when they had a kid hit high school??

I am all for Sedona!! I've only been there once but it was so beautiful. It would be a nice place to get out and walk/talk with eachother and enjoy the scenery.

Yesterday I was helping out at my son's dance studio. Since they give him a full scholarship I feel like I should help out from time to time. Anyway, I was lifting boxes that maybe weighed 20-30lbs each from the studio director's car. I felt ok until after I was sitting for awhile later in the day and I stood up I had some port pain for about 10 minutes. It's been tender since but not really too painful. It's been almost 5-weeks for me...is it too soon to be lifting?:rolleyes

Hi, My doc said I have a smaller stomach yesterday so therefore I got a higher than average first fill. I was wondering if some of you wouldn't mind posting your BMI and fill amount to see if it correlates.:rofl: I am just curious. He also said I would probably need to come back in a month or so for more. What happens if I max out before I even lose all my weight??:tired

I cheated a little bit (supposed to only have liquids for a few days) and had a hard boiled egg and a couple of crackers last night.:rolleyes I felt full so I think I have restriction. Unfortunately, the full feeling went away after a couple of hours so I went to bed hungry.:angry

Count me in for X-mas exchange.:biggrin1: Leila, Yes the Lecithin I got (powdered in a dark glass jar) doesn't taste bad at all when mixed with apple juice. I haven't tried mixing it with anything else yet. There is a recipe on the jar I might try though.:Banane56:

The brand is Health Alliance and it comes in a glass jar. I liked the label...ok I'm a 'victim of marketing'. It says it supports fat burning, liver function, memory, etc. There was no taste to it when I mixed it with my apple juice.:target:

Yes, It's Dr. Ortiz (actually Dr. Romero that did the fill) and they do use flouro. I have a 4cc band. He actually said It wasn't that much for my stomach size. My biggest concern is what happens if I max out and can't get enough restriction?? I know I shouldn't worry about that unless it happens but I am wondering if that has ever happened.
