    I was banded a week ago today. Finally feeling better! I was a disaster. I am drinking alot of yogurt smoothies. 10 g of Protein too. I am on liquids until next Thursday eeekkk. I have had hicups every day. Is this normal. Help!

    I was banded on 12/23. I lost 21 lbs pre op and another 9 since last week! I have been feeling lousy though. Tell me it gets better! I feel weak and hungry. I would kill for cottage cheese or oatmeal, I can;t wait until next Thursdays appointment! Can someone tell me what their daily menu looks like once they are back to solids?

    Well COngrats to you! I say meet with a nutritionist to stay as healthy as possible while pregnant and resume the process after the fact. Remember, everything happens for a reason!
