First Fill!!

Hi it is 4 weeks and 1 day since I had my operation - I am having my first fill next week - I have nothing currently in my band - I have lost a total of 10lb so far but for the last two weeks have not lost but not gaining either which is really good - did anyone loose after the first fill? or will I have to wait until the second one? I hope that you can help x
