    Exercise Today

    I tried it for a few minutes one day and I when I got off of it, I felt like I was kind of floating. I am running 3 days a week and want to add another cardio exercise 2-3 days a week on my off days so I might just add this machine. I have a last session with my PT for a month or two and will ask her to show me how to use that machine correctly. Thanks

    Telly What is the difference between the Arc Trainer and the elliptical machine? My gym has both and I was wondering if the Arc trainer was a better machine. Thanks
