i have been doing optifast shakes & bars. my doc has me on it for 2 weeks. i have my good & bad days with it. i am so ready to have the surgery --- wednesday is my day !

it's nice to see that everyone is doing so well. my surgery is in 5 days (march 25th). the pre-surgery diet is going okay. i'm on Optifast. lost about 7 lbs in 8 days. i'm on my way !!!! :ohmy: -

no, not really. i've been looking into WLS since 2001. i am ready !!!! and everyone who has had it done, has told me it was the best thing they ever did. -

phentermine (ionamin) was the only thing that made me not feel hungry. of course, once i stopped taking them, my appetite came back. i'm glad to hear that the band will help help me feel less hungry !!! i've got surgery in 22 days !!! :wink: -
