Hi there, congrats on your lab band journey! Your videos are great too! I have some questions for you, if you don't mind.... I have insurance also through kaiser, but I live in southern cali, and I was wondering if you can tell me how long the nutritional classes are because my doctor told me that there are 6 months or you can take the crash course of 3 months. Do you know if this is true?? I really, really need to hurry because my insurance will run out in jan. 2010...thx again for your time!!
