Hello, I have enabled the new Patient Panel. You can access the Panel by clicking on your User Menu in the header and selecting "My LAP-BAND Patient Profile". From there, you should be able to make all of the changes needed. If you encounter any issues or problems, please let us know! Thanks, Ken -

Hello, We are still working on a new version of the Patient Editor. I believe that we should have this ready by tomorrow or Monday at the latest. Hi there, We're currently working on a resolution for the issues that have been mentioned with regards to editing your Lap-Band Patient Profile. If you're able, I'd suggest trying out Firefox or Chrome for the time being. We hope to have the new Patient Control Panel online in the next couple of weeks and will be sure to update you as soon as it's ready. Thanks for your patience :-) -Ken -

Hey All! We're happy to introduce our Facebook & Twitter Integration! For users who are not currently logged in, or for guests, you can easily associate your account or create your account by clicking the Facebook or Twitter Icon at the top left of your screen next to the Sign In link. Once you've done this you'll be taken to a login page where you can enter your Facebook information and complete the signup or account linking process, it only takes a few seconds! If you're already a member and you're logged in, you can easily connect your Facebook and/or Twitter accounts. For Facebook Connect, Click Here! For Twitter Connect, Click Here! Simply follow the instructions from there, and you'll be connected in no time. Some of the cool things you can do with the new integrations are: - Synchronize your Profile Photo and Avatar Photo with Facebook or Twitter - Synchronize your Facebook or Twitter Status with your VerticalSleeveTalk Status (Both ways!) - Synchronize your Profile "About Me" with your Facebook or Twitter "About Me" - Update your Profile "Background" with your Twitter Background Once you're connected all of these options are configurable right in "My Settings" -> "Profile". Hi there, If you're using IE 7.x, the following steps should allow you to enable JavaScript: 1) Click the Tools button. The Tools button should appear as a Gear icon, to the right of the Page button. 2) Select "Internet Options" from the dropdown. 3) Select the "Security" tab in the window that appears. 4) Select "Custom Level" near the bottom of the window. 5) Scroll down until you locate the settings titled "Active Scripting" 6) Set "Active Scripting" to "Enable" 7) Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window. 8) Confirm the settings by clicking "Yes" in the confirmation window that pops up. 9) Click the "OK" in the tools window. Hi, What Browser (Make and Version) are you running? What operating system are you using? What version of Flash Player is currently installed? There are several users currently in chat, so this seems as though it is isolated. P.S. What button next to "Done" are you referring to (sorry, I don't understand). Thanks, Ken

Hey All, I've been looking into the issue regarding New Content showing out of order. I believe I have located and resolved the issue. It will be about 24 hours before it can be 100% confirmed, though it's currently listing properly. If you find that it begins listing out of order for you again, please just let me know and I'll continue my research into it. Thanks, Ken

Hey there, I'm the Site Administrator for LapBandTalk.com. I've just reviewed the "New Content" - and it's on par with the actual new content. As far as the content being updated every 5 minutes, it appears to be working just as it should. I also verified that the new content appears properly under your specific account. With regards to "Your Content " or "My Content", this also appears to be working as it should. It will show a list of Topics that you've posted to, which deems that as your content. You showed us the content from the Home Page - but we know that's working fine. It would be helpful if you could show me the content from your My Content page and the New Content page, since that's what you're asking about. We look forward to helping you. Thanks, Ken
