Hi Everyone, I hope you all are doing fine. I wanted to know what are you guys doing to make sure get enough protein everyday? Also,do anyone know where I can find a list of fill doctors for Florida? I will be ready for a fill at the end of Feb. Would appreciate any help. Thanks!

HI JAN 15TH BANDSTERS, I JUST WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW IM DOING. SURGERY WENT WELL. DIDN'T HAVE MUCH PAIN,TO BE HONEST. IM STILL SORE,BUT I KNOW IT COULD BE WORST. STILL HAVING TROUBLE FINDING A COMFORTABLE POSITION TO sleep IN. MY CLASSES STARTED ON THE 20TH,SO I HAVE THE TASK OF JUGGLING SCHOOL AND MAKING SURE I FOLLOW THE PLAN AS WELL. SO FAR SO GOOD. AT LEAST IM GETTING ALOT OF WALKING IN AND PLUS,THE 30 MIN I DO EVERYDAY. TAKING IT SLOW. I WANT TO BE AS FIT AS POSSIBLE,BUT I DONT WANT TO RUSH THINGS,EITHER. I WILL UPDATE AGAIN SOON. I totally agree with you. I was on a pre-op diet for 2 weeeks and i would be out and felt i needed to eat something,but i needed to wait to get home. Thats where my protein shakes are............and i didnt go grab something. I waited to get home....... Thats a big deal............... Well,tommorrow is the day and i wishing you all the very best.
