Hello there, Enjoyed reading some fo your blog, Congrats on your "first mini goal"
I was banded on July 9th by Dr. Van Wagner in St. Louis, and am down about 15lbs since surgery. I have not have the guts to try to eat bread yet 
I wish I could. I actually miss it a bit.
