  1. I REMEMBER that feeling!!! I think that I started feeling hungry around the 4th or 5th day. Just try to do something else to get your mind off of it. I love to read so i would pick up a book and that help some. It's hard sometimes because we got our stomach banded not our hunger!! I will admit that I would stick my finger in some smooth peanut butter and lick it off. It wasn't much but it did help. I'm not suggesting to do it at all, just admitting what I did. I don't think that I want to eat sf jello, broth, or sf popscicles for a while!! : )

     

    The clear liquids will pass soon, and the soft foods (mushies) will start soon. I was so nervous when I started soft foods. I thought that it may hurt my stomach.

     

    Do you have any gas? Thank God that I do't have as much as I had in the beginning. I have already lost 15 lbs, so just that little progress helps me stay focused.

     

    Take care, and remember that right now is all about the "healing" process, the weight will come off!!!
