I am not enjoying my meals, such as they are. It seems that I can only eat one thing at a time. I feel full all the time. I'm sipping on pineapple juice to help keep things going down smoothly. I'm not sure what is going on with me about now. I'm now trying to eat some spinach. I'm also having difficulty with chewing slowly. I also need some variety in my meal planning. ylj

Happy New Year Ladies I am sorry to hear that you had some difficulity. I hope that your unfill helps to correct the problems you had on yesterday. When is the next meeting? I need to be there. ylj:confused:

Merry Christmas Ladies, Its been 21/2 weeks for me now. I'm doing okay. I have taken off 24 lbs and I'm in stage 4 now. I ground everything up in the food processor and eat until I feel full. I never finish anyone thing, buts thats okay. I'm learning how to leave something on my plate. I feel pretty good. I am back to work. I wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Let me know when the support group starts up again. I want to return. Blessings yljones

Hi luv2teech7 we have met. Remember c in dor. I had my surgery on 12/3/08. I feel pretty good. I am having a time with gas and other isssues, I do feel a little hungry. I'm meeting with my pcp on tomorrow and my surgeon on 12/18. I intend to do the right thing. I've come to far to turn back. Thanks for the incouragement.

Good Morning I am feeling just wonderful today. I do have some issues with skim milk and carnation instant breakfast. I am going to start on soy milk today and see if that helps the problem. I attended one group a BW and I really enjoyed it. I too will be traveling there even though Faulkner is closer to where I live at. My surgeon was Dr. Mun and I found him to be very personable and caring. I felt very comfortable with him before and after surgery. I enjoyed this forum I enjoy the positive feedback and messages. Hi I am being banded 12/3/08. I'm nervious I have read so much negative stuff on this site. Is there anything positive about lap band. I don't want to suffer more after the surgery. I thought that I would feel better in time. Someone please give me something positive to to go on. ylj I am 62 yrs young, 11/24/08 my weight is 274 and I live in Boston
