There aren't necessarily lots of calories. There are a lot of good protein mixes out there with 120 calories or less, when they are mixed with water.

Tea recommendation, for anyone interested: Adagio Teas, available at Adagio Teas. They've got tons of teas available. If you can dream it, they have it. And the best thing is that they have sample-size tins of each one available.

It opens me up. I can't eat anything comfortably in the morning without having something hot first.

I don't have a copay at all. At the doctor's office, I just leave after being seen. Don't have to pay a cent at the time. They submit to insurance, insurance decides if they want to pay. If I haven't met my deductible yet, they tell the doctor's office that they won't pay, and the doctor's office sends me a bill, usually a month or two after the visit. Makes it nice. But yeah, that's why I wish I had had the guts to go to Mexico for surgery. Would have had the same approximate out-of-pocket expense and would have had surgery faster. I know better now. For plastics, I'm either shopping around in the US or going straight to Mexico. Heck, might even choose your guy, WASa!

You see, many people with insurance have this thing called a deductible. It's what they have to pay before insurance will start paying. It's different for most people, as most people don't have the exact same policy. In my case, it was $3,000. And even after that, I had to pay the hospital $2,500, the surgeon $888.88, and the anesthesiologist $308.00. So WASa is right. Your statement was odd. And a little suspect, when you consider the rest of the stuff she mentioned.

When you post to a thread, you "subscribe" to it. Go up to your control panel, go to list subscriptions, delete the thread, then go to your options and make the choice to not recieve email notifications.

And you can actually FIND the good info here. OH's format made me want to slam my head into a wall.

Yes, but I'm sure you wouldn't give a person the opportunity to hurt you again, if they hurt you once. There's only so much trust and leeway that I'm willing to give people online. I figure, if they act a certain way towards me at one time, they are very likely to do it again. I generally don't give them a second chance to do that. Sure, I'll make nice, unless they are someone I completely detest (like Sandy), but they generally aren't close friends of mine, anyway, so there isn't any harm done if I don't trust them as far as I can throw them.

And honestly, Chelle, your posts on OH not only hurt at the time, they offended. Again, I know you didn't mean them to. But it felt like none of the people looking on were taking it seriously. Here we were, getting attacked personally by people from every direction, and someone's over there getting a laugh out of it. Can you understand how that felt?

Hey, you asked why I lumped you in with her friends, and that was why. I'm all for sarcasm, but it is very easily misunderstood in tense situations. Honestly, everyone at that point was so tense, especially the people getting attacked, that your funny pictures and sarcasm felt like more of an attack, because they felt aimed at them, not the people doing the attacking. I'm sure you meant well and didn't mean it the way it felt, but it wasn't the best time for it.

At least she apologized to you. I never got an apology from her. And if you couldn't tell by that statement, yes, I do hold grudges. I may not mention my grudge to someone's face, but I never forget what they did.
