Hey Jason how are you feeling today? How's the recovery process? I cleaned my apartment a bunch tonight... went through clothes (my daughters and mine) to donate and get rid of. Got rid of an old broken dresser too... I hurt my shoulder in the process because I was carrying the dresser down my stairs and the TV... I took some of the liquid Tylenol that I bought tonight but it doesnt seem to be helping much BOOOOO! Ok well good night.

Yes I am getting excited and nervous and dreading it a bit. I am not on any pre op diet but people are telling me to start the liquids anyways because my body will be in shock after from not eating. I dont want to!!!! LOL... how is it going for you so far?

yeah i know i am not sure what to do after either. it seems like there is so much to learn. so how long do you think you will be on pain meds? are you still? my mom is coming over tomorrow to help me straighten my place up and then on friday i am having a cleaning crew come and scrub this place. i have lived here for 10 months and never dusted! i am the worst house keeper. so what did you bring with you to the hospital? was it boring staying over night? i am thinking about bringing a book and just watching tv i guess...

OK i am glad you are back i have been checking my account regularly. its good that you got to go by yourself lol...!!! My pre op went well. I dont have a pre op diet but i am going to try a little here and there of the high protein. i had a shake this morning but then later had eggs and a hamburger patty.... and i wonder why i need the lap band hahahaaha... so over all it was not so bad it sounds. do you have your own place? is someone helping you? what are you eating? or drinking rather...

Hey so no pre op for me. Just two days before I have to drink liquids. Two more days for you I cannot believe it! 11 more days for me! I cannot believe that either! That is amazing about your friend. Wow are you freaking out? What did you buy for your shopping list and what are you bringing with you?

alright so you should be out of surgery now... good luck going to the bathroom with the nurses hahahha!!! maybe you wont have too. ok i will talk to you soon. i am dying to hear how it went. i am leaving for work in a little bit and then leaving work at 1130 to go to my pre op. ttyl!

Hi Cheryl, I will be banded on 2/25/09! meeting with the surgeon tomorrow. I am nervous and excited. How did it go for you?

I know two more weeks woooo hoooo! i have my last pre op tomorrow where i will actually meet the surgeon. i kind of want to go on a pre op because i keep hearing how everyone is losing so much weight. but then again i want to eat good food for as long as possible!!! i need to get my bloodwork done also. wow....... 5 more days! are you going crazy!?

WoW. i am so jealous!!! i wish i was going in tomorrow! Yeah i think overnight is the way to go. so while i am waking up you will be in surgery. ill be thinking about you. I suspected it was short for Jason but i was not sure. Honestly i was not sure if you were a guy or a girl so i kept asking hinting questions lol. Yeah whenever I would go on diets my tall and thin boyfriend would eat whatever he wanted too. we would go to the gym and he would just lose it. it was so annoying! this time though he is trying to watch what he eats in front of me. guys are like that though. you just keep your chin up and keep up the good work! we are on our way to being healthy! yay! 15 more days....

Yeah when I had my ultrasound they said that my liver was not enlarged at all. Who knows....I will meet with him in two days and he will probably tell me then. 6 more days for you! 15 for me!!!

Two more days... so while you are in surgery I will be at my pre-op with my surgeon.

So what is Jay short for? Armani Exchange definetely has some nice clothes. Yeah I am ready to shop anywhere that does not say Womens Plus on it! They are such ugly clothes. Thank god there is this one store Torrid that has been my lifesavor. Cute, trendy clothes that I can fit in. They are owned by Hot Topic and its for plus sized girls like me! But I am ready to shop at the fun stores like I used too.

23 days on pre op sounds sooo horrible. I commend you for sticking it out. Do not be too hard on yourself for having chinese food. If we knew how to normally we would not be getting the lap band. And besides...one real meal in 23 days? Give yourself a break and be nice to Jay!

Did I tell you that my insurance wants me to stay overnight? I think thats a good idea. I will be able to relax and have no distractions... i.e. my 3 year old daughter. So what do you do for fun? You in school? You work? Whats up with you? Girlfriend/Boyfriend?
