    Share ideas, What did you eat today ?

    Monday~ B- 16oz Hood chocolate milk w/2tsp instant coffee & ice blended in. yum :smile2: L- 4 thin slice deli ham, few pcs peperoni, 2 slices cheese, mayo, mustard, on a lo carb tortilla wrap & and a few potato chips. D- Hotdog-no bun, 1/2 hamburger patty-no bun, 1/4c mac&cheese, few frenchfries mayo,must,ketchup,lettuce,onion S-1 sf choc pudding cup Lots of water and powerade zero and unsweet tea through out the day.

    Sunday- B- 1/2 moz ch stick "darn pets wont let me eat in peace" L-Olive Garden 1c salad, 1/2 brd stick, 1 fried cheese, 2 stuffed mushrooms, 2 toasted ravioli's. S- 3 andis chocolates mint candies D- left over Olive Garden- 1 brd stick, 3 stuffed mushrooms, 3 toasted ravioli's, 1 fries mozzarella, 1 bowl chicken gnocci soup. it seems like a lot here, but it took me a while to eat it here... water, powerade zero, an unsweet tea today. still fighting bladder infection!!

    Saturday- B- slept late:tt2: L- 3/4c cottage cheese w/ few cherry toms, 1 oz swiss cheese w/ 3 thin slices deli ham, couple handfuls of garlic all bran crackers w 1 tbls pepper cheese dip. D- 3 chicken wings, toppings off 1 pc of pizza, 1 popper, 1/2c salad~ chucked it though Snack- 1 powdered donut hole, 1 small pc carrot cake:blush: water~~~~~ oh this kidney infection is killling me!!!

    Hello ladies!! I have not posted in quite a while,but I come on and read just about nearly every day just to see what ya'll have been eating!! I have been sick this past week though battling the stomach bug and now due to dehydration, I think i have given myself a bladder infection ooh killer cramps now so I am soo drinking the water and cranberry juice. I have also been really tight and not been eating much in the last little bit as well. So I think I will stop being lazy and post my eating... Friday: Brunch- 2 eggs, 2 slices of thin ham Dinner-3/4 of a pc pizza,3 chicken wings,1popper,1/2c salad Snack-tiny piece of carrot cake & coffee

    Monday- Am-1 cup black coffee, 1 c water, 20oz. sf ice coffee, 3oz. protien shot Midmorning- 1/4c chef sld, 6brd veg stix, 1/4c field pea soup, 3/4 of bbq rib patty 32oz herbal tea, 25oz water, 8oz black coffee L- South beach chick ceasar wrap meal, 1/2c cottage cheese w/shred chse&bacon bits S- handful sunflower seeds D- 1/2c cottage chsew/bbits, 2oz cheese, all bran crackers, couple slices peperoni:blush: I work in a school cafe, and we eat our lunch at like 10 am, so my eating is wierd, except on the weekends at home. :thumbup:

    Sunday- B- 26 gram protien shot, lots of water, few licks of choc icing(i was making a cake and cooking for family coming over for lunch) L- few bites pork, 1/4c green beans, 2 bites coleslaw, 1in pc cornbreadw/butter,1/8c mac&cheese,2 bites soup beans Dessert- small slice choc&pbutter cream cake :smile: S- coffee, water, about 10 pecans, herbal tea

    Saturday: Slep late. B- NOTHING jUST HAD LOTS OF Water L- Chinese buffet- small bowl salad, 1 chick drummie, 1 green bean, 1 sweet sour chick nug, 3 bites of pork PB a little S- Sfree vanilla ice coffee about 16oz. lots of water D- 3 very small pcs of totino's party cheese pizza (my 9yr old ate the rest):thumbdown: Lots more water

    Sat 3/6/09 We had my sons B-day party this evening. We grilled burgers & dogs and all the fixin's.I did really good today, except for the cake!! B- 1 cup black cofee, 8oz. Isopure grape frost protien drink (15 g prot) L- iced tea, 1/4 c cottage cheese, 3 pcs havarti cheese w/ a handful garlic & herb All Bran crackers S- lots of water & iced tea D- 1 naked hotdog, 1 naked burger, few bites of baken beans,potato salad, few chips Here's the bad part- 1 pc cake and few spoons icecream!! Lots of water. Very thirsty tonight!! I'll be running to the rr all night. btw. Try the Isopure protien drinks. I just got the Friday. The grape is better that the punch. 8 oz 15 g prot. easy!!

    Tuesday- Oh, I started out soo good, then I really over did it for dinner. I guess I will also try again tomorrow!! B- 1 c black cofee, 1 1/2 pcs toast w/butter L- 1/4 c salad, 1 small chicken soft taco S- 32oz sf zero powerade, 3-4 bites tuna salad S- Banana cream protein shake (60 g prot) D- 2 1/2 ribs, 1/2c baked beans, 1/2c potato salad-some came back at me!! S- tea, 1 bowl multigrain cheerios w/ 2% milk Bad eating night!!:scared2:
  10. Hmm. I had my lapband done 9/16/08 in st Pete, and this is how he has always done my fills. It sounds like he didn't pull enough out to make sure you are comfortable swallowing. I guess all the doctors are different. Hope you get feeling better.

    Hello. I too get the one's from Walmart. They come in fruit punch flavor they are really easy to drink. I just down it. They are $1.97 ea. I also use the body fortress whey protien powder from walmart as well.I also want to try the Isopure protien fruit drinks. I saw the ad here on lbt. They come in grape and punch and they are in like a 20 oz bottle w/ I think 20 gr prot. Would love to know how they taste.

    HELP!! Food is getting stuck so easily!

    Hello. You know what really helps me sometimes? Try and arch your self back a litle, and I stretch my arms back and up. It feels like I am stretching out my esophagus or something. I read this somewhere here on LBT before, I tried it and it works!!!

    Hello. I am sort of new here. I've posted once or twice, but never on this thread. I would like to know what is this nectar drink you all are talking about? I also tried the fiber wasa, it was ok. BTW i HAD MY BAND DONE 9/16/08, and I've lost 48 lbs so far. I really like this thread. Ooh, I have been in snack mode today!! Help.

    protein drinks

    Hello. I am wanting to know what type of protein drinks you are drinking. I have been getting the chocolate and the vanilla whey powder from Walmart. I mix it with skim milk and ice in the blender. The 2 scoops gives me 52 grams protein. I am curious about the unjury I hear about. Where do you get it? I need some sggestions. Thanks
