howdy, thanks so much for responding.I didn't think I was the last smoker on earth, and thought it would be a problem for others. I have been over eating ever since I got my date as well. I have my nutrition class on 11/18.

I love to cook, show love through food, and enjoy caterering. I have lost a good amount of weight once, when I was on a road tour for 2 years, but, that came to an end and I found food again. Now, with 3 kids under 4, I need to teach them to find ways other than eating to be happy and satisfied with thier lives, plus I want to go hiking, grand canyon, and just the thought of it gets me winded. lol

I haven't even thought of giving up sodas....but, that too will be a pain. I have 8 cigs. left, so tomorrow I start a program someone gave me, that if I follow it, 7 days should be all it takes.

I really do appreciate you contacting me. I know I have just rambled on, but nervous habit. I would love to stay in contact!
