Hi There,
You are truly inspirational! I have completed my 6 month diet and I also have Horizon BCBS of NJ. I am going to attend Dr. Bertha's seminar on 12-11-08. I was just wondering if you could tell me what tests they made you get? I would like to try and get all of my testing done before the seminar, so that I can get a surgery date soon.
I would greatly appreciate any information you can give me.

Do u know how many lap-bands Dr. Neff performed? Any other information about his credentials, etc., would be very helpful too. Thanks so much!
