I'm also thinking I might get a little fill. I have weighed 166 pounds since September. And even though I look great and everyone says I look good, I want to lose a little more. Glad everyone is doing good.

Definatly do the Monday option. I have had several fills and I am just fine right after. No big deal. But on a Friday, if you have problems then you are in trouble. Yes, choose the Monday.

Sounds a little tight, but if you can get in your nutrients and plenty of water you may be okay. When you lose some more weight, your band will probably lossen up some. Mine does. If you lose a few more pounds and it lossens you will be at the right spot. I do not know what that magic number of lost poundage would be. I'm positive that it would be different for everyone. If it does not loosen any and you are miserable, then go get a little taken out.

You just might need a little more of a fill. Since you can eat and gulp, a little more fill would probably help you. Good Luck. Remember to sip and and take small bites slowly.

Hey Debbie, so sorry about your loss, our house burned when I was in Jr. High, it is something you never forget. I feel for you and I'm glad you have such a great support system. God Bless You. Glad everyone else is doing great.

Hey teach, sorry you have had to go through all that mess and stress. That is so unfair to his patients. I wish you luck. Apples, you do look great. I have the very same oven. My mom, dad, has the same one but only in the gas version. I would much rather have a gas oven, but it is not an option in my house.

Oh I am glad your knee is better. You must not have had total knee replacement? Glad all is well.
