Weee doggy! I love that you did all of that DOC. You impress me. You are the first to do 5 miles on the bike that I am aware of... besides me. You go girl! Keep on keeping on.
-
I think I gained a lb cuz i started mushies full force and omG, garlic mashed potatoes and a few bites of meatloaf with broccoli. MMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Nevertheless, I got a BRAND NEW BIKE for mother's day and I'm headed out for the infamous 31 mile trudge. I'll lose 2 - 3lbs today. I hope to be 200lbs but then again, this happens when my body is ready. I've learned that.. (sighs) mushies! Missing EmileeKaye. Hope she's kickin some serious arse
-
omG i had garlic mashed potatoes last night. Unbelieveable taste!

Mel, I don't know what you are going though but I do know that we are here for you and we support you and pray that you'll find the right answers for yourself and with a little troubleshooting, maybe you'll find the reasons why you are gaining and aren't losing. Are you exercising? We are supposed to eat so that we fuel the furnace. If you fuel the furance you will gain energy and the more you do fuel it, the more the body will burn.. this seems to be the case if you are working out. But if you are eating and not exerting, you will most likely not lose and may gain weight. The key to losing weight I have found and have heard alot of people on here say.. "exercising". Several people said.. I was stuck at the same weight and actually gained but once I got onto exercise I start to lose and lose alot. I don't know but it's working for me. I burn a total of 2,800 calories on weekdays from my 7 - 16.5 mile bike rides and then my 30 - 45 minutes on the treadmill and/or my 5.5 mile jog/walk/runs. I burn about 3,000 - 3,900 calories per day on the weekends when I take a 31.2 mile bike ride. I take in about 1,200 calories or less daily. This is how I'm losing. Burning more calories than I eat/drink. I just looked at fitday.com and I have to tell you guys, it's pretty amazing. This may help you some. But please, dont' give up hon. It's only the beginning.

For those who don't know, this is how I'm losing the weight... daily 16.5 mile bike ride (short route 3 times) 5.5 mile walk/run (short route 1 time) 200 crunches 50 leg lifts (25 each side today) 5 minutes jump roping

ROFL! Oh God! Now I'm haunting LBT-ers! Lmao! This post cracked me up soo hard that my husband had to pop in to see what was making me lose it soo badly. Keep up the good work DOC. But damn! Icecream and peanuts? Bad Bad girl. :embarassed:
-
I'm cleansing now. I needed to. It's weird but now that i'm slowing going on mushies, I'm all clogged up  Citricil and some Senokot may do the trick but this means taking this stuff at night so that I don't have an accident during my bike hikes. I'm 207 still. No weight change. Gonna have to get that Water down and bump up my workouts. I'm only getting in 64 - 1 gallon and im barely getting the gallon in by midnight. That is freakin hard! I like to be everywhere and I can't be if my bladder is that active. (sighs) what to do.
-
Hopefully your sodium intake is very low as to not retain alot of water. Geesh, last time I had 8lbs of aritrary water inside me was my last pregnancy and that was painful. :Banane13: And good lawwwwd! 2 gallons?? All you need is one of those buttons on you somewhere b/c you are turning into a water cooler.
-
Funnyduddies, kill the scale. It's evil! It lies to you :Banane13: How the heck does the husband weigh the same and you gained 9lbs overnight??? NO freakin way!
-
(yawns....) Damn I'm soo tired.. I slept almost all day with a few hours up here and there. Reporting in C: 207 (-33lbs. total, -6 this last week) **I'm fluctuating at 205lbs - 207lbs for 3 days now. I'll go with the highest weight till I am stable at the 205lbs**
-
I slept almost all day. I must be exhausted. I did tonight: 4 sets of 15 reps - bicept curls 4 sets of 15 reps - tricept curls 50 leg lifts each leg (dayum this flippin hurts like crazy) (5lbs leg weights I got today) 100 regular crunches 100 leg lifted twisting crunches 2 mile jog/run on treadmill with incline of 2.0 and mph range (3.5 - 5.0)
-
I experienced this last night. I feel at this point, just to freakin not eat chicken anymore. It was very moist but Protein textures are hard and it is just not going down right... like a ball. My first human reaction is to wash it down with Water but it felt like i wasn't able to breathe so where does it go??? Only way but up. (sighs) I hate food
-
I keep coming back to look at your pictures. LOL! Wow! I knew you were tall. I can see the door panels and you are nearly up there. I'll come back again like maybe 5 more times just to look at your pictures.
-
