Some of these are really funny b/c I printed them out and let my husband read them, (he never laughs unless it's really really dirty or funny) and he read alot of Wheetsin's and BigPauls jokes and he giggled, so you know that it was really funny.

True Marimaru Some people move on and other's prefer to deal with the situation at hand as to not allow the disagreement to fester inside of them, preventing build up and later on..causing a C-4 explosion. Keeping anything inside or repressing ones emotions and feelings about something is dangerous and cancerous forming (analogy), pretty soon, it will eat you up soo badly it will harm you. Let people talk. If you don't agree and you wish to share your disagreement, share it. You have the right. We all do. Just like everyone is giving their own personal opinions here. Some of us agree with letting a thread go on...till the dilemna is settled.. and some of us disagree wanting a quick lock and seal on things, shutting out any lingering feelings and any resolution between the two parties in question. It will only open up new threads with the same issues. Let the thread stay open and when all parties come to a resolution or a common ground (if ever) then it will close on it's own. Anyway, this is my take on things. It's all the same.

Maybe it was sick. I know that when I was a kid, my cat ate her newborn baby boy (black kitty). The doctor tells me that they can sense when one is sick and will do anything they can to ensure that the rest of the litter is not harmed by disease. Sad but perhaps it's the case. I don't really know. Or maybe they weren't chasing it. Discovery channel had a segment where a mother bird was actually trying to push her babies to get out of the nest and try to fly so maybe that is a reason.

I'm sorry about you not having closure about the birdie and I'm sorry about the long post you were trying to upload here when the site shut down. I think we should have several of us write her and send in the letters together or simultaneously and get her to get some of us new and older banded and even de-banded people on her show to talk about the band. If she thinks WLS is the easy way out than she is wrong. 2 contributors to how I am losing weight 1. Eating right/drinking shakes/water/portion control/nutritional supplements 2. Exercising Those 2 things require ALOT of mental and physical work. She should be corrected. She is such a modern icon and anything she says is almost Godly word to many people (blanket statement here). I mean, Oprah is the biggest, most richest, baddest Talk show host ever, in the history of tv. She has the power to influence many many millions and to hear you guys witness her, I'd say...... lack of knowledge about the band and preach it is wrong and tells society that it's wrong to take this band route. I mean, I hear people in the waiting rooms of wherever I am.. say something to the effect of, "Well if Oprah says it then..." I also get that alot when people talk about Dr. Phil. People of power have the power to change the mentality about WLS.

3 mile run/jog/walk with heart rate of 150 consistent and 16.5 mile bike ride at a speed of 16.5 mph 200 crunches (damnit i gained 2 lbs over this period crap!) Drinking lots and lots of water today. TriciaK would you mind kicking my ass?

C - 200 (-40 lbs total, -2lbs) (Monthly friend is here and it aint purdy folks. Gained 2lbs back in 2 days whereas I cheated and pre-weighed myself, saw 198 but it left as surely as fast as it came. My friend taketh that loss away. ) That explains alot huh P'Nut and Funny:kiss
