BTW, what is the purpose in swallowing?? Just the idea that someone ingested it? That's........ Furthermore, what's crazy is ... if someone actually went to the fridge to get yogurt just to "down" the semen. That's too much work to swallow something filled with billions of lil organisms...lol...swimming to a place they'll never know b/c they went down the wrong hole.. ROFLMAO!!!! -

DIDN'T DO'S are highlighted in red. Abs and treadmill now @ 10:54PM

Emilee, Don't worry. We are all entitled to "celebrate" or "get emotional" over our weight loss in the way we want to. What's good about weightloss is this is a forever thing and there's always tomorrow. Regardless of what you did last night. I'm proud of you. Don't be scared to join onderland.

Haha well since we are putting our business out there, I'll share. No, more like ...me dressed up like a total prostitute right before bedtime. That was recently so maybe I'm just too cocky for him right now. The thing is, I feel really good about how I look now, I feel sexier. I worked hard for this feeling and I wanted him to know that I'm all about him and will always be. I wanted him to know that not only was this weight loss for me, but it was for us and I want him to enjoy me as he couldn't before (b/c I was wayy too shy when I was heavier). I may need to simmer down now for a little bit. -

If I want some ...all I do is this.. I walk over to wherever he is and I whisper in his ear while caressing his nipples, arms and crotch.. lol I say.. "Baby, I wanna F*ck..like right now" and that always gets an immediate response. But the dressing up and role playing makes him uneasy. He gets all shy, scared and embarrassed. -

Greatdame, You have a whole new fitness center in your home. That's great! You should start there. Also, to switch things up a bit, if you want to walk outside for a few miles then that would be a great change of pace. A bike works the same way. I started my weight loss with my bike. It's all in my journal.. (biking 6.5 miles, working up to 16.5miles, then 31.2 to 35 miles) Lost lots of weight doing it but you can lose just as much with exercise equipment.

Yeah, that's awesome! That just means you would do 20 miles a day for 5 days. That's not bad! You'll hit goal in no time at that rate.

Keep up the cardio and focus on the muscle groups. Really take your time with the weight training. Don't rush it. Feel each muscle working as you lift. Concentrate on those biceps :eek: I hope you show us one day some crazy Arnold Schwartzneggar pecs and biceps! LOL
